Protocol & Returns Policy

Due to the custom-compounded nature of our products, all sales are final. Each formula is built specifically around your individual HTMA results and cannot be restocked, resold, or reused by anyone else. For this reason we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once your order has been placed.

We understand that mineral balancing is a process, not a quick fix. Athletic protocols in particular require time, consistency, and occasionally adjustment. If you are working through your protocol and need additional support, we are here. This may include extended guidance, check-ins, or where appropriate, extending the duration of your protocol to ensure you complete it effectively and get the outcomes you came for.

Our goal is not just to ship you a product; it's to see you through the process.
